I'd say "they" would have a problem with that.If that's the case, I think the state will have some issues with federal laws, Constitutional issues and rights of property owners.No, if I'm in the business of buying and selling, that can be a different matter.I am wondering a bit about interstate/intrastate commerce, I suspect there are exceptions.
