I buy in areas close to business, shopping, the interstate, great neighborhoods that have no vacant land that can be developed and who's owners are middle class.

I will get a more exact picture of the interst rate depending on the property.

They are expanding Interstate 35 up to there and they already have a stop for the rail transit system to Dallas.Thoughts?

I own a rental that backs to the interstate, needless to say it can be noisy but no problem renting and current tenant just passed the two year mark.

Lake Nona is not far away, it is 5 minutes to the airport and right off 528 which is a main interstate. 

I'd say "they" would have a problem with that.If that's the case, I think the state will have some issues with federal laws, Constitutional issues and rights of property owners.No, if I'm in the business of buying and selling, that can be a different matter.I am wondering a bit about interstate/intrastate commerce, I suspect there are exceptions.
