Looking for a location to start STR

Hi, I own a few SFH that are into Long term rentals. I am motivated by some of the great content in Bigger pockets on successful short term rentals. I have been looking for profitable locations to buy my first SFH for short term rentals, the prices of real estate has sky rocketed that its hard to find the right location to get decent CAP rate. It would be great to get some inputs from fellow investors who have recent success in finding STR in this crazy market and would help immensely if you could share the experience as well.
