Asheville, Black Mountain, or somewhere else close to Deals Gap (Tail of the Dragon) which is a famous route known for its crazy twisty roads are all areas I'm looking. 

Back in the late 80s or early 90s when I was in involved farming there was a 'famous' case in our area that made the it into the Farm  Press of "Land Contracts Gone Wrong.

On the other hand, it goes all the way up to $7,000 for these ( high profile, youtube famous) real estate investing specific law firms, to set up a proper LLC plus annual fees that also run into the thousands of dollars.

Infamous was not intended to be my word...rather famous should have been used. 

Sounds like the exact same sales pitch, exact same bait & switch about the famous name who "couldn't be here tonight", the same playing on people's strong desire for help to make their situation better.

It is a walk away from Sunny Isles Beach which has been developed for the rich and the famous.

Buy stuff that you want to hold forever...Kinda like that famous Warren Buffett quote, where he says his favorite holding period is forever.

If you don't have kids yet a lot of folks (most famously Chip and Joanne Gaines) BRRRR by living in the house while it is being renovated.   

On the spectrum of appreciation and cash flow, markets such as California are famous for appreciation but no cash flow and markets such as ( some parts of the midwest ), minimal appreciation if high cash flow. 

It's also got science behind it, and some famous people have used that method effectively; Teddy Roosevelt was afflicted with depression and used exercise to keep it at bay (and also cure his sickly nature as a kid).
