Wyoming anonymous( umbrella ) LLC's

I am looking to open an anonymous Wyoming LLC Holding Company. The prices range from $199 for some online law firms, that may not even be a real law firm. On the other hand, it goes all the way up to $7,000 for these ( high profile, youtube famous) real estate investing specific law firms, to set up a proper LLC plus annual fees that also run into the thousands of dollars. It's hard to make money when Lawyers take up all the profits.

Does anyone have any experience, tips, advice, or recommendations when dealing with these anonymous or none anonymous Wyoming LLC creation law firms?
