Well, I finally reached out to one of her family members (oldest daughter) who has assured me that if she has not found a place to stay by mid-June, that she will come and get her or help her out financially in order to find a place.

I've recently come across your pod casts on YOUTUBE which has got me "hooked" listening to a number of them while catching up on my DIY jobs around my property here in the UK .I'm currently a landlord here in the UK with a Portfolio of Buy to Let properties but have a Daughter her Partner and Grandson Living in Kirkland that we visit regularly .

Maybe they are only concerned about enough money to move to Georgia or bailing their 19-year-old daughter out of jail.Just a thought from someone with no success in this area.

You need to be able to communicate effectively with the person painting walls as well as the person underwriting your loans.I think a STEM field would give him more options but get that's a hard sell if he's set on real estate.That being said, much to the chagrin of my family of educators, I flunked out of a couple colleges before I was 21, and had almost clawed my way to an associates degree before I took a semester break two and half years ago when we were expecting our daughter.

He was an old friend of the former owner, he is 84, his daughter pays his rent he's been in the apartment since it was built in 2000; he doesn't hear well, doesn't have email, he's probably going to leave that apartment when he dies or when his children think he can no longer live alone.
