Multilex and potential Sub-division Properties

I've recently come across your pod casts on YOUTUBE which has got me "hooked" listening to a number of them while catching up on my DIY jobs around my property here in the UK .

I'm currently a landlord here in the UK with a Portfolio of Buy to Let properties but have a Daughter her Partner and Grandson Living in Kirkland that we visit regularly . Due to my regular "catch up " visits to Seattle I was thinking of doing some networking with yourselves. Due to my re-awakened inspiration through your podcasts I have started to think of expanding my horizons across the "pond" .  bearing in mind we are heading for a Global recession again - but as they say " every cloud has a silver lining " I've already found a couple of properties through "Redfin" but due to me detailed questions I've raised for my due diligence they ( Redfin )  have suggested I find a more local agent to help me hence my enquiry to Branden !!
