I just finished Building Wealth in with Self Storage by AJ Osborne and he recommends setting your tenants up on autopay with CC.

Personally, I travel internationally a lot and so I like the Chase Bank Visa point system, as I use a sapphire card personally and can then xfer points out to various airlines and hotel groups.The Points Guy is kind of like Biggerpockets, but for CC reward points.

The money is likely being held by the CC company while they investigate the chargeback.

Once I set it up to automatically pull my bank account and CC transactions my game was changed for the better!

The current zone is UCX (Urban Center Mixed Use District) and for it to be compliant, it needs to be MUD (Mixed Use District), CMUD (Commercial Mixed Use District), or CC (Community Center).

My CC bill is due on the 23rd...... my water and garbage is due on the 15th......... my cell is due the 21st....my HOA on the 8th...... my cable the 25th......As long as its every 30 days....written in the lease....... distinct late dates and fees...... who gives a F.......Not all bills are due on the 1st......One "good" inherited tenant....don't overthink it..... its not that big of a deal.

I'm trying to determine if I'll need to stop putting my rent on my CC 3 months prior to applying for financing or shifting around how I pay for my monthly living costs.I know in commercial lending the asset is used for determination of loan issuance more than the individual purchasing the asset, being that residential is more about the purchaser I was curious to what extent my current debt handling would impact me.

CC payments cost something like 2.75%, so I just disabled those by default. 

I would have to buy the property cash, and fund the rehab on my CC.
