Storage units rent collection

Jesse Peters
Posted

Hey! I'm about close on some commercial land and I've got my builders ready to add some storage units on the lot. Everything is ready except rent collection. 😬 My thought is that some system where the tenant doesn't even have to think about it is best. An auto draft type of system. What are you using for your storage units? Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of property management software companies out there that are flexible and easy enough to use for not only properties, but storage units as well. We rent out a small number of storage space (garages) and have no problems (we use Innago). It is automatically withdrawn every month via ACH or credit/debit.
