What you do want to look at now in that area is the development that has been going on, and we now believe is increasing in pace.

I also tend to do movein/moveouts on weekends which they are obviously not open durring those hours.I recently @Jeremy Pace added a fine for failure to hand over utilities.....

Even though the market is slowly going up, it will not out pace the amount I seem to be putting in.

Pretty slow pace market here.
