You might look at joining a team to get some transactions under your belt. 

I started flipping homes about 15 years ago and have about 15 flips under my belt and some rental properties as well. 

Today, I have 12 rentals and two flips under my belt.

As a team, we have one under our belt, two in construction and will be buying a fourth in the next week.  

An investor that owned 100 rental houses say in the Bay Area would be controlling well over 50 million dollars worth of RE in our market it would be 20 to 30 million.... in the mid west rust belt is could be 2 to 5 million..

Hello everyone, im trying to get started, im reading 2 coarses in wholesaling and hoping i can get a deal or two under my belt soon but i dont want to make any mistakes and would like to know if there are any coaches or mentors that are willing to help me along the way.

You can easily hit the 1% rule in the upper B lower A class areas and you can also hit the 2% rule in the lower B, Upper C areas.Let me know if you need any help in the Kansas City market.
