im a new member to the site after listening to a handful of bp podcasts. I work in the trades and have been a renter for about 10 years. I'm 33 yearsvold, recently married and looking to invest in real estate. My interests are house hacking, and buy and hold rental properties. Im currently trying to analyze my first potential investment, I'll describe the situation as I'm looking for opinions. Theres a place down the street from me that I believe I could convince the owner,my landlord,to sell. I'm interested because my wife and I like the house and its currently rented out to our freinds. It needs some minor cosmetic repairs but that appears to be it. I know it rents for 1400$ but those are the only know numbers I have. Where do I go from here. Thanks!
