Greetings...just moved to the area after 29 years of military service.  I started flipping homes about 15 years ago and have about 15 flips under my belt and some rental properties as well.  Now that I'm retired, I plan to do this full time.  If I can do 1 flip per year while employed full time, I should be able to do 4-6 per year if real estate has my full attention.  Look forward to connecting and sharing any ideas.
