By the way, you might want to wash your clothes after laying on that carpet!

That's like showing up to a job interview in your sweaty gym clothes. 

I found it ironic and I sat there with my back aching in dirty clothes from a long day at the crazy house.  

Then some short stubby guy in plain clothes came out and told me we can't accept it, nothing I can do.

My wife/partner of 33 years, Cindy (who just passed Real Estate sale class and will have her license after soon taking the state exam just for our business only), have had 14 rental properties and successful clothing stores in Alaska.

I have found many mice droppings in my child's bed, my bed, our entire bottom half of the kitchen cabinets (cannot be used they're so bad, and I've sanitized everything a total of five times before moving everything to plastic bins), on toys, on clothes hanging in my closet, countertops, infested my couch.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

It also absolves you of liability if the machine damages clothes. 

Use a clean cloth/paper towel for each wipe and the job is done.

There were 2 of us and only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided - not even a face cloth!
