@Ian Skeltonif you ever seen the movie " karate kid", the master (pat morita) teaches the pupil karate through a series of unconventional means. like waxing a car, with wax on, wax off. however, all his teachings forms a base for karate. the same can be said for real estate.

What we really care about is their ability to pay and willingness to properly use and maintain our property.If you read The Big Short, a wonderful book (and the movie was excellent), you will know that it is possible for people with a "thin file" or some such term to have a high score, but little ability to pay.

Some high end restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment type places like a Dave and Busters but larger.Have seen modeling agencies also.Malls are trying to make it a destination place again versus places with old and tired anchors where people order online instead and then a bunch of clothing stores around it.

This is like asking someone if they liked a movie, unfortunately, two people can walk away with a totally different outcome and view point.. the info at Dave's bootcamp is enough to get someone going and to make offers on up to 200 units and understand what they are doing the whole time, which is really all you need, there are many places, like bigger pockets to get all the information needed to accomplish this same goal, but like following a recipe in a cook book, what is better, the cook book with all the info you need to follow, or the chef standing there next to you making sure you use the exact precise ingredients?
