I've been a resident of the Orlando area and Seminole County for my whole life.

My rentals are in Central Florida about and 1 1/2 hr from either coast, but is a big draw for retirees and growing quickly. 1 hour from Disney and all the Orlando attractions.

That's not going to happen in Orlando, and I don't want guests suffering needlessly because I've set this thing up wrong from the start.

I am currently out of state, but grew up in Orlando and lived there for 25 years (Oviedo/Winter Park) so I know the area very well.
