Posted

Hi my name is Alyssa and I am a newbie in Orlando looking to buy a property this year. I am interested in hearing other's experience with Airbnb in the Orlando area. How is it? What is your experience with short term rentals in the Orlando area?

@Alyssa Lukish If the building is in the City of Orlando which is fairly large then you would be fine. The city rule will supersede the county in that case.
