He took videos of everything in there, they sent it back showing the great job they did -- of the stuff I bought at Target and all the boxes I unpacked and put away.

I heard a guy on Bigger Pockets video give a formula to use to consider if you should sell: If your equity is more than 7 years of cash flow, then you may want to consider selling to get your equity out. 

The idea of letting someone bring their own RV, live in it a week or three, and then leave with it and their mess is great.  

I typically work a day or two a week.
