This is the first I'm hearing about this.I've looked on the states webpage and there is indeed a certification program, but I can't tell if it's specfically for dealers who are buying/selling mobile homes.

I'm actually a realtor as well , and you are absolutely right about every house has its different contracts and addendums depending on the seller and alot of them  have their own webpages for sending the offers .

On the tax assessors web page it says duplex/triplex but is zoned R2.
