I had a property not too long ago in San Antonio I was trying to force a sale on a cash price and dropped the overall price approximately 20 K and lo and behold a realtor that knew we owner financed Houses brought a buyer and they wanted to get the discounted price with owner financing:(Is there a way of spotlight both options without compromising either?

I’m still providing a full range of service and IMO doing so for both sides to an extent... the FSBO in this case was able work it herself she felt being under a LO and “having a lot of realtor friends” who coached her on what to do.

That said, I'm not a huge fan of L-O as an acquisition strategy, although we've done those as well.

There comes a point where if the customer is going to hate the loan officer at the end of the transaction no matter what, because the process was so horrible, I'd just as soon pass on the business entirely, and let some other LO take the hate and reputation impact.As of now, those types of lenders (ones so horrible I refuse to work with them) are the only ones still posting rate sheets for renovation loans at all.
