My inclination is to do more (10-12) for a couple of reasons; Better pricing on materials and laborI can be on site and so do more oversightIf there is uptake, the PM has 'inventory' optionsLooking for input / thoughts / experiences.

@Dick Rosen I am inclined to blow it off but I wanted  to get a handle on why it might be requested. 

I'm building my network of friends / families who are inclined to invest in real estate but not necessarily interested in actively engaging / managing properties.

Personally I am a buy and hold operator, so I'd be inclined to add it to my portfolio and allow the cash it generates finance another deal down the road.

If they went a couple of years with minimal calls, took care of the place, paid on time and left the place in good order, I am inclined to look the other way on the return of keys. 

If the property cash flows/ appraises, has a clean title, and no red flags on inspection I am not inclined to believe an undisclosed past sale price would slow me down.

If you are not web inclined, just buy the domain name and hold onto it so it's ready when you are.

I'm based out of Incline Village, however, also service Reno/N.

I am not mechanically inclines either, so I need to take that into consideration on my purchase.
