Tenants Social Security needs my address?

Ok, so I have this tenant who is on SSD. She pays her own rent but keeps sending me emails that SSD needs my address. The property is held in an LLC and has property management that collects the rent. By law in RI legal notices must go to the instate contact which is the property management. I just ignored the originally email and told her to look at her copy of the lease. Have you ever had this request ? She had an inspection at move in by the social worker so that they would pay for the mover. She is not on section 8 and I specifically told her we don't accept section 8 because we don't have the inspections. She is not very smart based on my interactions with her so I don't think I am going to get a good explanation from her. She is also kind of annoying to begin with so I don't really favor any more interaction then I already have. Any insight from someone who had had similar requests is appreciated.

Why are you even being contacted?  Isn't the purpose of PM to keep you from dealing with the tenants?  I would call the PM and tell them to sort things out and get back with you if there is a real issue.
