But so much to learn....especially once I acquire it.I am taking on this one independently as I want to earn my stripes and feel I learn best through immersion. 

Actually, you need to take action in the form of immersing yourself in REI podcasts, blogs, forum engagement to name a few.

I am about halfway through getting my real estate license in PA and I'm looking forward to fully immersing myself in real estate and letting go of the car dealer gig as soon as possible. 

In fact I started listening to the BP podcasts to try to immerse myself with the terminology and tips on how to get started.  

I would like to immerse myself as much as I can to begin R.E. investing.

After reading many of the biggerpockets blog articles and listening to some of the podcasts I thought the best way to immerse myself in the real estate world is to discuss real estate with people who really understand it.
