Fired up new guy close to Allentown, Reading and Philladelphia PA!

Thank you all for having me!  I'm super excited to finally make my first post here on BP!

My current day job is managing my fathers car dealership about an hour outside of Philadelphia.  I also live in the area and am looking to start investing close to home.  I am about halfway through getting my real estate license in PA and I'm looking forward to fully immersing myself in real estate and letting go of the car dealer gig as soon as possible.  I'm ready to jump in with both feet and am currently looking for my first fix and flip deal. 

I recently picked up a nasty addiction...to the BP podcasts that is!  Those things are like real estate crack for a newbie investor.  I love it, thanks to Josh and Brandon for all the time you put in making them happen.

I'm looking to get to some local REIA's in the near future so if anyone has any info about any meetings coming up in my area I'd welcome the recommendation.

I have a couple ideas and a possible deal that I'll be posting about soon, not to mention a few hundred questions. :)
