Pools, hot tubs, gyms, saunas, I would not spring for those. 

But what if it could become a community market or a gym?  

As a mom of 4 young kids you just have to go to the gym, PTO meetings and soccer games.

I recently started listening to the BP Podcast during my cardio work outs at the gym.

In fact I moved to US from Canada last summer.If anyone has solid expertise in Jersey City area it would be so so so so helpful and appreciated.Currently, my wife and I are looking to decide to purchase a condo with low overheard costs (no condo amenities, pool, gym etc).

Have you considered layering the floor with gym mats?

I'd be interested in something near Blue Mountain Ski area in PA, up to like 30 minutes away by car, in a decent neighborhood..My main criteria for buying a house is if I would live there, I'm not even that picky...I don't even need a pool, gym, fireplace, etc etc.I've swam in the pool of my upscale building condo once over the last 2 years, lol.

Kiteboarding, gym, biking and in the winter traveling to ski destinations.
