Yellen, and the entire FOMC, I am writing this belated letter to thank you for the $4,000,000,000,000 (Trillion) in monetary base, countless billions in MBS purchases, and aggressive and extended cuts in the target fed funds rate.

Alternatively, you can just buy a REIT like SBY or the countless others.

We weren’t getting a lot of traction finding the right deals or direction for our business at first, so I sought more expertise through an alumni mentoring program run by some friends in a business club I was part of at DePaul - this is how I was introduced to Justin.Since meeting Justin, he has helped us and mentored us in countless ways; both in business and in life.

I would do that before I would spend countless hours hunting around on the internet trying to learn you don't know the validity of those on the internet anymore than you do the guru's they could be one in the same.But like on said most of the info is in the written material and CDs jump on one of those on line buying sites like  e bay or amazon and buy a used Carleton sheets course.. a used Montalongo course or any other guru you can think of.. probably get the whole thing for 50 bucks plus shipping then read all that info... if your worried about spending too much.Also sign up and get a RE license if you really want to learn and get into the industry.

After months of creeping on Biggerpockets.com and listening to countless podcasts during my morning runs (Great idea for those that run), I've negotiated a deal and now have my first property under contract. 3 Bedroom 2 bath house. 

Sorry for the delay, but it ended up being a weird set of coincidences and other things that got me totally confused and looking back now, it was no different than what I've seen countless other times on title reports.
