Though I have spent countless hours reading the BP Forums, this is my first official post. I am looking to purchase my first 4-Plex within the next 6 months and continue to grow my portfolio as aggressively as possible thereafter. I hold down a day job as a Finance Manager for a fortune 500 Automotive Retailer. Time is on my side as I am only 21 years old. Within BP I hope to find smart people with the right answers and wise people with the right questions, especially my fellow Texans & Wisconsinites.

Welcome to BP @Trevor Schumann . Seem like there's a number of new members from the Houston area as of late. Lots of people here with a ton of experience for you to tap into. Be sure to read the beginner's guide which Josh and Brandon put together. Its a great way to get you up to speed quickly. I believe there's a local meeting of BP members about to take place.
