For the kitchen and bathroom remodel, if you have a bit of a discount from suppliers you can do a nice kitchen remodel for around $12,500, low end for around $6,500, bathroom remodel for around $4,000-$5,000.

Young people can be into conservation and being "green" - something you can check out about them up front; if they have chosen an electric supplier that uses renewable sources (ask to see an electric bill when you get their application) they are into conservation.Since those bills come monthly, I don't foresee a huge water bill like what was just posted in another post.

@Levi Trentham hey Levi, I’ve interviewed some excavators from the area and found one significantly lower priced with a good rep and have some good recommendations on Log Home material suppliers.
