Starting construction and looking for better frame contractors
This job I am building is about 45 miles north of Houston. I will take all the help I can get. I am building 31,000sf of very simple garden style apartments. Will break ground in under 30 days. I have not choose a frame contractor as of yet. All I got some silly expensive bids to ignore. Locally, the other apartment builders have framers that are not performing very well either so I doubt they can help me very much. I mean I am not going to take bids from framers when I see weathered sheathing and their jobs slowed to a crawl. That seems to be whats dominating my local market.
If anybody can send me some names and numbers of any good framers at all, I would greatly appreciate it. Post it here or PM me, Thanks!!
