Window Replacement Cost Estimating

Hey BP Team,

I have a cube glass security window in my basement that faces the street. I'm looking to replace it with a window that can actually be opened- Does anyone know (generally speaking) what the cost of replacing a window like this is? Thanks!

Tough to estimate without dimensions.  Can you call a local contractor to give an estimate?  It will likely be a better estimate than an open forum.
