I know that my interests may not be popular among teenagers and my goal is will be a challenging one to accomplish but I feel as though if there is a will there is a way.

We were surprised how well it has held up especially give it is used for a bedroom of a teenage boy who I am sure has not babied it.

Buy and hold is the plan for me, too, but with 2 teenagers, owner-occupancy isn't a decent option right now.
