Diving Into The BP Community

Hey there all you awesome people!!!

My name is Marc and I've recently recommitted to becoming a real estate investor. I'm super excited to be here and was tempted to lurk around for a bit before making any kind of introduction but I'm in a place right now where I wanted to keep stoking the fire. I know from experience that having the right people around you is very valuable toward maintaining the right mindset.

I was always interested in investing in real estate since I was a teenager but unfortunately made many bad financial choices over the years.

I recently landed a much better paying job which is shifting my financial situation for the better. Just started it this week and am keeping my previous job as well. I will be working every day for the next 3 months at the very minimum to get all the way out of debt.

In the meantime I want to dive in here, make some connections with all of you brilliant people, and learn as much as I can until I repair my credit and save up some money for a down payment. I've already read "Set For Life" and am currently working on "The Book on Rental Properties". I've been eating up the YouTube version of the BP Podcasts and just really want to do everything I can to make this dream a reality.

I feel like becoming an active member of this community early on will help keep me motivated and fired up to stick with it until I get there. I'm very excited to meet you all and get to know the community!!!
