Originally from Riverside, CA, I am a real estate agent and soon to be active investor in Atlanta, GA. My immediate plan i to buy my first home with my husband to wet my feet as a real estate rehabber. I'm from the school of passive income and in the long run would like to own several single family and multi-family rentals.

@Deborah Pyburn Welcome to Atlanta and BP!  I do flip and hold.  Just finished one in Kennesaw.  Way out for me, but it was very straight forward and profitable.  You should look into that area.  It's growing and affordable.
