I assumed (my fault, as they say never assume because it makes an *** out of U and ME) that this entire site promoted the creative and different approaches that we all take the real estate as opposed to trying to lump my story (again, i'm just starting out so it's not a very long one) in to a predefined category of what IS and ISN'T a success or considered real estate investing to begin with. 

Account Closed, plenty of good zips but most of them have bad parts so you need to check every address. 38128, 38115, 38119, 38120, 38125, 38141, 38133, 38134, 38135, 38018, 38016.Areas that have gone bad but are still promoted as good include 38127, 38118, 38116, 38109 and 38122. 

We have those under control and are going to use each promotion to increase contributions until we can max them out.

I have an interview with someone for a loan processor position and one of my main concerns is getting hired on and not getting to the LO position fast enough.Do you think it’s wise to take a Loan Processor position (if offered) and then be promoted?

Do you feel like giving it a name promotes an emotional attachment to a property?

Did you get a promotion where your job has you traveling 50% of the time leaving you unable to take care of the larger house?
