@Michael Lee Seguin is about 45 miles south east of San Antonio.

We look for min. 15% IRR on first position notes on properties in Tier 2/3 markets, mostly southeast, midwest/southwestern US, at least 50% remaining term and a min. $15k of equity between UPB and current BPO value.
