New Orthopedic Surgery Resident From The Southeast!

Hello all,

My name is Franky Davis and I am new to the forum but absolutely love it thus far. I’m currently an orthopedic surgery resident and have about 3 years of training left before my personal income drastically increases. My goal at this time is to network and learn! I’m currently in Chattanooga, TN. At this point, I have a modest resident salary and a host of medical school debt. Also, got a 3 year little boy at home. Life is good but I’m not at a point financially or with time where I could make any real estate moves. However, in addition to learning how to be a surgeon, I’m gonna be reading all I can about real estate investing and hope to make moves early in my career. Regardless, my goal here is to network and learn. I’d love to grab coffee with anybody in my area of the country. Thank you all for your time and thanks for having me!
