Any golden rules that any of you follow.

Fulltime jobs help create an initial investment principal and provide for basic needs, but beyond that they can become a miserable golden cage.

It just so happen the CEO of Precision Die cast just got the golden parachute had always love that location and bought it first day on the market.

This is something I find important because many normal institutions around my area don't do commercial loans unless you have a golden credit score and can show proof of liquid funds to repay the loan back ten times over.I also hope this helps new RE investors keep their heads up when everything seems to be throwing you to the ground.

The problem with these "GURU" programs, and I believe it's intentional, is they try to make it seem easy and that the only missing piece is the information they're providing, they don't mention anything about the type of work ethic you need to have, the type of personality you need to be in this business, the type of interpersonal skills you must have, etc...If you get the information in that book/DVD/seminar then you're golden, and that's the biggest fallacy.

Getting in first is a golden rule especially these days!!

And last fall, like millions of other older workers, Hilton put his "golden years" plan on hold when his 401(k) lost more than a third of its value.Then last month, his life took another unwelcome turn: Hilton's foreman pulled him aside to tell him that he was being laid off.

When people apply the golden rule toward me I return the favor, when the don't you leave me no option but to act accordingly.
