On average, and this is just my perception as a Spanish national having worked all over Europe, Spaniards' command of English is poor.It is true younger generations are much more capable, but we are still well behind when compared to the Nordics, Netherlands, etc. 

This book really helped me change my mindset about life and perception on how to deal with it.

@Markus Gomez the biggest risk in my opinion is the perception that wholesaling will result in wealth.

Most firms don't want that perception which is why I think they don't charge any markup.

Previous tenants have had to purchase 6-8 window air conditioning units for summer...which seems like an unreasonable ask to me, but I'm not originally from the Midwest so I'm not sure what the perception on that type of purchase typically is here among natives. 

It has a healthy stake in a lot of real estate in Wisconsin and will likely not pull back, but I expect it to continue to revise its plans to meet its perceptions of what  the market needs and how it can fill those needs.

With the perception being what it is, some good deals may get overlooked and be waiting there for you to find!!

I cannot stop thinking about how I could be a small change in a massive societal problem: poverty.Poverty stems from many things, main things that kill people are lack of examples of success, lack of education, lack of opportunity, thinking you are stuck in your neighborhood etc.

It is really due to lack of knowledge and societal programming.
