The risks of wholesaling

Good evening everyone, I spoke with my broker this week about getting into wholesaling. While she wasn’t 100% for it, she didn’t say I can’t do it. Her issue is that she thinks I will be taking on a lot of risk. I personally don’t feel like there is much risk that I would be exposed to as a wholesaler. What risks are there when wholesaling? What are things I should watch out for?

It’s unethical and illegal in most places. People on this site don’t care though, they just want to make a quick buck by screwing someone else. Get your license and do things the right way. 99% of wholesalers are scummy (and no I’m not going to argue with the wholesaler mob on here).
