I’m curious if you’ve had experience with this approach, and if so, I’d appreciate any insights you might be able to share.Additionally, do you have a real estate agent you would recommend who specializes in investment properties in the area?

Furthermore, if this is not a property where meaningful appreciation is expected in the near future I would recommend selling.

Here’s my recommendation to get it under control: For a quick fix, start by sealing up any gaps using acoustic caulk around outlets, baseboards, or other small openings.

Years later it was revealed that the guru had never disclosed the fact that he was getting kickbacks from the recommended lenders, brokers, maintenance contractors and others he insisted the program participants use.
