Do you provide the login credentials upfront in case the service gets logged out?

They often provide standardized lease agreements that comply with state and local laws.Additionally, many landlords use platforms like Avail, Zillow Rental Manager, or TurboTenant, which often include customizable lease templates that are state-specific.

I have a template that I provide and they can either complete the template or just give me their documents and I'll complete the template before prepping the taxes.Self Managed, High Volume, Very Organized - these folks keep up on their activity. 

In many places there are some utilities provided by the municipality.
