@sam hadad, it is very difficult to acquire property through a Realtor unless you want to pay full retail retail price, that's why so many Investors have their own realtor licences or have that level of control.

I wouldnt say that you buy houses cash unless you are buying houses with cash.I would also be careful how its worded as to not have people assume you are a licenced agent or broker.
