In snooping around online I ran across a new Crypto currency that involves solar energy.  

Does anyone have any experience using eMax or other Cryptos as a means of consideration(or as an assignment fee) for a Real Estate deal? 

Or maybe cryptocurrency, home prices, commercial residential pricing, hypersonic air travel, the travel industry.....

Investors have reacted by sending the stock and crypto markets on a roller coaster ride.Inflation is a portfolio killer - threatening both stocks and fixed income assets in a traditional portfolio.

I have a bit of individual stocks and crypto but not putting as much given the high risk and lack of knowledge I have right now.

I don’t have a crystal ball but personally see the STR and housing market remaining strong for the next couple of years given we don’t see a world changing event like Covid 2.0 or a war.Last point - If I didn’t invest in STRs then it would either be stocks, crypto, or other business ventures.

I know REIs aren’t always the most risk tolerant but with the adoption of crypto to the mainstream, is there private money that wants to work in the crypto backed loans/financing world?

I have been pseudo-retired for several years after I sold a business and reinvested in stocks, crypto, and multi-family real estate partnerships.
