Who is ready to take this plunge?! I know REIs aren’t always the most risk tolerant but with the adoption of crypto to the mainstream, is there private money that wants to work in the crypto backed loans/financing world?

Recently saw a post on reddit where a fella had his crypto treated at 70% like a market account. (70% is a little generous)

Thoughts?
