Solar Crypto have you heard of it?
In snooping around online I ran across a new Crypto currency that involves solar energy.
"Candela Coin is a cryptocurrency that allows holders to take part in the first ever decentralized blockchain based peer-to-peer transactive solar energy system. The company pictures people across the globe being able to transfer solar energy to others in their communities using Candela coin as a medium of exchange".
I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it seems like there will be a way to put our excess energy may somehow get banked, and others can buy it with the soldar crypto currency? Has anyone else heard of it?
Personally I think that sounds really interesting. There's so much pressure for alternative energy, and being a Californian, I HATE to think of gargantuan windmills off the coast, which now look like a reality. How they think they will stop them from killing the birds, etc. I have no clue.
Have you ever heard of Candela Coin?
