What the retail customer doesn't want, the investor wants because the investor wants to add value and the retail customer wants to find the house already painted the color they like. 

Both were renovated by the same company, and have the exact same finishes on the inside (right down to the paint color).

So I billed my wife , she picked the color 

Oh, and his car was 2 different colors and looked like it shouldn't have passed inspection.

Include a neon-colored post-it note that says: Curious what your home is really worth?

CMBS lenders have generally increased LTVs and a willingness to lend on "off color" properties and with Freddie Mac offering access to agency loan capital on small balance loans that were previously off limits to most borrowers.

Whether that be a letter with a different color envelope, or a postcard that is a different color or size.
