I think the lack of posts in response to your  thread is that few people have ever been involved in a deal of this magnitude, and can only read in awe.

@Edgar Arias Here's a great list of books. http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/14...If your were only to get two books, i'd recommend "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" for inspiration and "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down!"

I became inspired to invest in real estate thanks to my father who handed me "Rich Dad Poor Dad" when I was a teenager, and who has income properties in Queens and Brooklyn.

This is the most inspiring news I think I've ever received!!

Anyway, the purpose of this forum is to learn and hopefully I can inspire you and others to think outside the box and consider some new ideas because having an arsenal full of weaponry is how you survive and thrive in the ever changing arena of REI.
