Does Mass have a registry review type newspaper that lists recent sales?

After reviewing the site, it appears as though the material ranks right up there with the "newspapers" (cough, cough) you find on the checkout stands in a grocery store.

I worked in advertising for the Atlanta newspaper for 20+ years back in the days when newspapers were printing money, the most profitable form of media at the time. 

@Ateba Doughty you can purchase lists and compile lists from city and county for 60-90-120 days late on mortgage, pre-foreclosure, delinquent taxes, water cutoff, code violation, probate, divorce, high equity, etc. and mail or cold call.Other methods are driving for dollars, door knocking, wholesalers, craigslist, Realtors, FSBO sites, expired listings, foreclosure sites, put out bandit signs, billboards, newspapers, other offline publications.You can use pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online and social media marketing.If you have a large enough budget you can do TV and radio as well.You could letter up or wrap your vehicle.

The attorney or company that does the quiet title will send out notifications letters and/or publishes notices in local newspapers to possible title interest such as heirs or past liens etc..   

I think your ad looks fine, but advertising in the newspaper seems like a bad strategy to me unless it is targeting wealthy old people who still read the newspaper. 

., grass not cut, collection of mail or newspapers, gutters falling down, etc.
