Analyzing Real Estate Markets - San Antonio

Posted

Hello Everyone,

My name is DaVionte Shannon and I am near the San Antonio, TX area. I am embarking on my first actions steps to creating a business that specializes in flipping, wholesaling, and rental property.  I'd love to connect with local and distance investors to do business with. Send a message to my BiggerPockets profile if interested. I am eager to work with others to grow my knowledge, business, and network with other great people.

I have so many questions that I want to ask, but I will limit the post to specific questions that will propel me into my real estate career. Currently, I am trying to wrap my head around analyzing a market and here a few questions that I would like the BiggerPockets community to help me with.

1. What particular data about a market should a investor look for to flip and rent properties?

2. Where do I get this data from? Can you name the platform or, even better, reply with the link.

3. How can an investor determine job growth in a market area?

Feel free to only answer one question if you'd like. If you can offer your expertise on all matters, it will land on good soil.

I can't wait to hear your ideas!
