Hey guys need a little help. I have a great contractor and a willing private lender. Best way to find owners of distressed properties to in surrounding neighborhoods.

I was going to let you know that we have a smaller group that meets every month, but I dont know what city you are in because you have been on here over a year and have not filled out your profile. You only have 2 connections also. You should be reading through these forums with passion. There is a ton of information, but you have to do a little more than just ask everyone how you can find great leads.
