We've been on BP and the podcast for about 6 weeks learning everything we can and I've been reading business books and trying various businesses since I was a teenager, we just never found a business that worked for us long term.  

Even if it's things for when they are teenagers, I'd be interested in hearing! 

The landlord or agent may: • Personally deliver the notice to the tenant; or • Leave the notice at the rental unit with a person of suitable age and discretion (for example, a roommate or a teenage member of the tenant’s household); or • Leave the notice on, near or under the unit’s usual entry door in such a way that it is likely to be found; or • Mail the notice to the tenant.

It was a life goal since I was a teenager, to buy my first house before turning 25 and I did it!

Man this guy just WILL NOT respond to messages, left with machine, wife, teenage daughter...NOTHING.

I have been involved in Construction since I was a teenager (family business) and I have had rental property since 2002 (SFR). 

I've read some cases where a guy who owned over a million in RE was sued because his teenage son was in a really bad car accident while on the dad's insurance - now they are going after the dad's assets.

Last house I lived in Fruit Heights and raised my teenage kids there. 

I'm joining bigger pockets to educate myself more on real estate which I learned in my Teenage years is my passion.

Reminds me of some teenager trying to figure out how to get out of doing something when just doing the right thing would be a lot less effort. :)
